eggs are incredible food. There are so many substances that are beneficial to our body. Some people believe eating food fresh or cooked yet can provide more benefits. The Japanese often eat fish in a state without cooking.

But secured consume raw eggs?

1. salmonella bacteria or bacteria that causes abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting and fever. These bacteria can only be killed by cooking or heating. raw eggs can contain salmonella bacteria.

2. raw eggs can interfere with the absorption of vitamin b7 or biotin (by: Linus Pauling Institute)

3. raw eggs or cook for a while, do not remove protein binding. For the body to digest protein binding to eggs should not be too strong. so that the cooking process needs to be done so that the maximum absorption of protein.

That's the danger of consuming raw eggs. although often in Indonesia still do eat raw eggs. And as far as I know they do not experience any pain. This condition may be due to their immune good condition.
